Great buildings start with great people.
We believe design has immense power.
Success is dependant on postive collaboration.
Design with nature in mind.
Designers can bring social change.
It's in our human nature to design. Almost everything we interact with on a daily basis has been designed. Some designs are carefully thought through in such a way that we experience their postive attributes in our daily lives. Other designs are poorly done, and result in our daily headaches. The quality and level of thoughtful design put into the things around us immensly affects our happiness. This is especially true in the design of the homes and buildings we use daily. If allowed, beautiful thought filled design can happen in any circumstance. With its immense power to bring sucess or failure, design is our most vauable tool, and we recognize it as such.
We recognize active communication to be a key requirement for a successful project. Buildings are complex. They often require varyious specialists with a multitude of knowledge bases to work together. When communication and ideas are able to flow seamlessly between specialties, the end result is that of a greater success. Embrace Design Group was founded in a mindset of collaboration. Having worked with numerous clients, architects, designers, and contractors, we understand how important our role as communicators is to a project. We know how to careully work together with a client on an idea, and also how to work with the different departments required to make that idea a success.
Nature is the planet's best design. It's sustainable, beautiful, and meets the needs of those that occupy it. For this reason, we believe our homes and work places should follow nature as a model for design. This means whenever possible, using materials that are sustainable, renewable, and minimally impactful on the environment. It also means designing in a way that mimics and incorporates nature into the building program and elements. People like to be connected with the natural world, and we believe well designed buildings can be a vessel for that connection.
